List 4 short-term goals for this year and the reasons why you picked them.
1. Organize my hall and craft room closets and re-organize the basement.
Why: It's killing me!
2. Do more laundry.
Why: Because our washer and dryer are in the basement, so I tend to "forget" about all of those dirty clothes that need washing!
3. Have a more positive attitude.
Why: I tend to let the negative side of certain issues consume me, and most things I focus on have nothing to do with me or my life directly. I think I would feel a lot better if I didn't waste so much energy on negativity.
4. Exercise more (well at all, really... I didn't to begin with!) and watch what I eat.
Why: I would like to tone up a little so that's what the exercising is for, and eating so much junk food makes me feel like I'm 85 years old. I am anti-diets, but maybe just swapping an apple instead of nine cookies. You know, something reasonable ;)
