Nelson/Armstrong SemiAnnual Vacation

Last Valentine's Day, we went with Chase and Lauren to the Mountains and we decided to go to the beach for our summer trip. We had a really good time. We only found one tar ball and the beach was beautiful! There was no one out there either so it was nice! Connor had never been on the beach before so it was fun to watch him play in the sand until he started eating it! We had a blast though, and Evan and Chase decided to "borrow" a canoe one night and made us go with them... we paddled out in the bay into the blackness and the guys stopped at a dock and got out. We let them get out and left them! We thought we were so funny until Chase jumped in and started chasing us and we realized the water was shallow enough for him to RUN after us. Well we panic and drove ourselves right into another dock, so he caught us and flipped the canoe! I have never been so terrified in all my life! We laughed so hard about it and it's still hilarious to me. Never a dull moment when you get our two families together!
